18 Aug Risk it like Sarroino: He Merged Street Style & Class
Reading time: 3 minutes
Are you that guy that always gravitates toward street style and class??
You feel you’ve absolutely mastered the art of casual wear and hardly ever throw on a blazer for a party, right? Well Andrew Sarroino can relate because he is exactly like you.
Street style is what he loves, it’s what he’s used to, it’s what’s authentic to his core.
He figured out however, how to merge street style and class. Find out how.
So you’re probably wondering: What brought him to dress up in the first place?
All it took for was a push from his photographer and a little creativity.
Although he loves his street style, he was willing and able to play around with a classy look, without loosing his personality through this suit.
This is how an avid street style wearer dresses up.
He mixed and matched a dark, neutral blazer and a pair of plaid trousers. It’s his twist on a normal suit that most people would be afraid to take, but that works together very well.
The plaid blue and green pants compliment the blazer subtly, yet noticeably enough to be classy and to represent his style. Another element Andrew loved about this outfit is specifically the penny collar.
Although not perfectly square, the round collar adds personality, and even spice to this classy look.
But what really makes his outfit look amazing?
The accessories. They make the outfit. I always say this to people: Accessories can actually transform, complete, or polish an outfit.
The combination of the round glasses + earring + watch + hanging pant chain are, EVERYTHING. The combination is magic because although his outfit is out of his comfort zone, the accessories chosen represent his street style, which is what he loves the most.
Also, notice he made a point to wear a classic pair of Chelsea boots to keep it clean? It balances out with the pattern on the pants.
Now lets talk prices.
Does it really cost much more to wear blazers and dress pants if you’re used to street style?
The answer is absolutely not!! All the items he purchased were from stores like Zara and Topman (see the links below to find out where you can shop the look).
Conclusion
In the end, what really matters is you can still see his personality shine through his outfit as an elegant young professional.
Hope you enjoyed the post and comment below which style you love best. 🙂
