# 1 Get yourself leather insoles.

They really help when it comes to absorbing smells and providing comfort. I wear my leather insoles in most of my pairs of ballet flats.
They not only prologue the life of many of my less expensive shoes, but they make sure I don’t smell them up either (TMI I know haha)! You can find them super easily at any shoe store.
# 2 Buy a pair of breathable shoes.

Geox has a whole line of shoes called Respira that are actually designed to let your feet breath while significantly reducing odour.
Many other shoe brands also integrate a breathable aspect to their shoes that can dramatically improve the quality of your feet’s life at work.
A good way of making sure you’re getting a breathable shoe is to simply ask the sales clerk at the shoe store.
Shop similar ballerina flats.
# 3 Keep Second Skin in your bag.

Blisters can become extremely uncomfortable very quickly. I suggest you get your hands on any of the Second Skin products.
They are great for protecting effectively the open wounds from any contamination and for reducing the pain caused by rubbing against your shoe.
Second Skin products can be found in any pharmacy or here.
# 4 Get a Band-Aid Blister Block Stick.

The Band-Aid Stick is great for preventing blisters as well.
If you know you bruise easily, prepare your sensitive area’s on your feet with that bandaid stick and you won’t get any unwanted blisters. You can also find this product easily in any pharmacy.
It’s great for days when you know you will be walking a lot around the office from meeting to meeting in slightly less comfortable shoes.

# 5 Keep a pair of flats at work.
This tip is for obvious reasons. If you’re in pain from your shoes, you have a comfortable alternative to switch into.
# 6 Buy a pair of shorter, chunkier heels.

Walking around in a chunkier heel is much easier than in a stiletto. You gain more stability, which allows you to walk more comfortably the entire day.
Wedges or heels with a continuous platform are another great option for work. They won’t strain your feet as much as a thin, pointy heel would.
