As an avid workout addict, I can definitely say I’ve tried my fair share of online at home workouts.
Considering the quarantine situation, I’ve actually been working out more than ever, as it helps me focus much more during the work day.
Depending on your fitness levels and needs, here is a list of awesome at home workout channels and Instagram accounts you can follow daily with little equipment.
Yoga with Adriene

Length of workouts: 20 – 60 minutes
Fitness level: Beginner – Intermediate
Why they’re great: Yoga with Adriene is awesome for all of your yoga needs. She has so many different types of yoga classes you can choose from. She covers everything from yoga for your period to morning yoga in your pyjama’s.
Adriene is relatable and entertaining to follow as well. Not to mention, her dog is always around assisting her while she practices yoga. Amazing yoga channel! Could not recommend enough.

Jon Chamberg

Length of workouts: 1 hour
Fitness level: Advanced
Why they’re great: If you need to really get your sweat on and you’re looking for a workout that is intense, Jon Chamberg’s workouts are for you! He offers a bootcamp style workout which will have you feeling super sore the next day.
Also, he offers tons of variations to get your heart pumping, whether you have equipment or not. He is currently going live on his Instagram account every day at 9am EST with a full body one hour workout.
Considering I’m looking to tone up and maintain my fitness levels, I do his workouts almost daily!

Heather Robertson

Length of workouts: 40 minute workouts
Fitness level: Intermediate – Advanced
Why they’re great: Similarly to Jon’s workouts, Heather Robertson also offers an array of HIIT/Bootcamp style at home workouts on her YouTube channel. They are challenging and really great for sculpting your body.
You can choose to do her workouts either with or without equipment as well. Not to mention, you can follow along her workouts at any time or on any day you desire.

POPSUGAR Fitness

Length of workouts: 10 – 40 minute workouts (The best workouts are the longer ones in my opinion)
Fitness level: Beginner – Intermediate
Why they’re great: If you are looking for more cardio style workouts with light weights, POPSUGAR fitness has a lot of videos that will get your heart rate up. They are pretty simple and straight forward to follow along.
The videos contain normally 2 or 3 people where some are following the harder moves, while others show variations. These videos are great to do in groups if the everyone has a different fitness level.

Pamela Reif

Length of workouts: 10 – 20 minute workouts
Fitness level: Beginner – Intermediate
Why they’re great: Pamela Reif’s workouts are great for people who are trying to get a quick workout in. They are challenging enough to get your heart rate up and they help you tone your muscles all in under 20 minutes. Again, these workouts are hard enough to be done without weights or equipment too.

Gabrielle Garbarino

Length of workouts: Around 30 minutes
Fitness level: Beginner – Intermediate
Why they’re great: If you are looking for easy and very simple toning exercises, Gabrielle Garbarino’s account is perfect for you. You won’t get your heart rate up too high but you will definitely isolate muscle groups and get your body firm all around while doing her workouts.
Additionally, her workouts are great if you want to move your body quickly and efficiently without much equipment.

Fitness level: Beginner – Intermediate
Why they’re great: If you are looking for pilates workouts, Sarah’s Day’s workouts are perfect for you. She combines a little cardio with toning pilate movements for an optimal at home workout.
She normally does circuits, which you have the choice to repeat a few times or not. These workouts are great if you’re looking for something versatile with little equipment.
